Our Story

We’re a mother-and-son team serving artisan pizza from a solar-powered trailer we built ourselves — almost entirely from reclaimed and repurposed materials.
Our pizza is the way it used to be — and the way it should be.
We use a slow-fermented 72-hour sourdough, handcrafted with care using traditional methods and organic ingredients only. Even our water is filtered to remove chemical nasties, ensuring our dough is as pure and natural as it gets.
Our organic tomato sauce isn’t just any sauce — it’s a family recipe that’s been perfected over years, made to complement our dough beautifully.
We source our toppings thoughtfully (organic wherever possible), serve everything in compostable packaging, and cook with FSC-certified eco logs. We buy in bulk to reduce our carbon footprint, plan our prep to minimise waste, run end-of-day pizza promotions, and whatever’s left, we either enjoy ourselves or share with friends and family. Nothing goes to waste — it’s all part of the bigger picture. Click Here to see our menu
Our Eco Trailer
The trailer itself is a true labour of love — powered by solar energy and designed with a low-impact ethos from the ground up. Every inch tells a story.
The worktops came from a house extension. The cupboards? Reclaimed flooring. The stainless steel was offcuts from a restaurant build. The black cupboard doors were once a shopfront sign. Even the screws were leftovers from building jobs over the years.
We sourced almost everything secondhand — from eBay, boot sales, and Facebook Marketplace to the ever-magical Roberts Rummage in Hastings. Only two elements were purpose-built: the serving hatch and the water heater.
This trailer isn’t just a kitchen — it’s a reflection of our values: reuse, rethink, repurpose, rebuild.
Why We Started
This business began as a family dream — a plan for my parents’ retirement, where we could spend more time together doing something meaningful and joyful.
But everything changed when we lost our dad and husband unexpectedly. Building this trailer and shaping this little pizza business became our way of grieving, healing, and staying connected to him.
Now, every pizza we serve is a quiet tribute. A reminder of where we started. And a way to share what we’ve built — with care, with flavour, and with love.
